S10 Series
This general purpose Industrial Interchange meets new ISO 7241 Interchange and Performance requirements. Couplings are double
shut-off poppet type in steel, brass and stainless steel, with Buna-N seals standard. A one-way sleeve is used on all sizes, 1/4” to 1”. This
series is a direct interchange for Parker 60 series, Hansen HK series, Aeroquip FD-45 series and others.

S20-2 Series (1/4” only)
A general purpose Quick Coupler with a one-way sleeve. This 1/4” coupling is a direct interchange with the Bruning D-200 and SM250
Series. Designed to operate at working pressure of 6,000 psi in the coupled mode.

S30 Series
Designed to withstand the extreme high pressures found in Hydraulic Jacks, Rams, Power Packs and similar equipment. Poppet valving
eliminates leakage, increases burst pressure and provides less flow restriction. Interchangeable with similar couplings of the same size.

S40 Series
Dimensionally interchangeable with the S20 Series, this general purpose Coupler features a two-way sleeve designed to allow one hand
hook-up and breakaway when clamped or bulkhead mounted. Available in 1/4” to 1/2” sizes, the S40 is available with either ball or poppet
type checks.

S70 Series
The S70 Series ‘Flowmaster’ design allows hook-up with full system pressure on one or both sides of the coupling. After hook-up the
hydraulic circuit automatically opens when the hydraulic system is operated. The two-way sleeve design allows one hand hook-up and
breakaway when clamped or bulkhead mounted. S70 Series Couplers and Male Tips meet ISO, SAE and ASAE interchangeability and
performance requirements.

S56 Series
Safeway’s all-new S56 Series is a general purpose fluid transfer quick coupling that provides higher burst pressure and superior flow to
that of Aeroquip FD56 (5600) Series and Parker 6600 Series, while providing half-to-half interchangeability. Our improved valving design
provides these advantages in a significantly smaller and lighter design envelope.
The S56 Series is manufactured from high quality hardened carbon steel which is Zinc and clear Chromate plated for corrosion
resistance. Due to Safeway’s unique poppet style valving, the S56 Series has a shorter overall length and less weight than the couplers
they replace.
The S56 Series is operationally rated at 4,000 psi (5,000 in 1/4” size). They meet or exceed ISO Series A Specifications for
interchangeability and performance

FF49 Series
Safeway’s all-new FF94 Series is a unique flush face design which incorporates features common to this style quick coupling while
significantly improving pressure containment and overall durability. Creative design and the use of exotic materials have allowed us to
produce a push-to-connect quick coupling with a rated working pressure of 10,000 psi. This major improvement over existing designs will
allow system engineers the flexibility they require.
Features include push-to-connect operation with a sleeve lock safety feature, additional locking balls (12 instead of 8) greatly improve
durability and increase pressure containment, dual flush valving for non-spill dry breaks with low air inclusion and easy cleaning to
minimise system contamination.

S51 Series
The S51 Series is a heavy-duty, double shut-off quick coupling capable of containing a variety of fluids. The S51 Series is ideally suited
for use on dump trailers in the connection of the wet-line hydraulic system. This interchange is also widely used on oil field equipment and
anywhere that connection under pressure with little or no spillage is required.
Interchangeable half-for-half with the Parker 6100 Series, Aeroquip FD51 (5100) Series and Snap-Tite 78 Series.
Brass body tip and poppet combined with a rugged steel valve for corrosion resistance and durability.
Connection-under-pressure can be accomplished due to our heavy-duty poppet assembly with bonded valve seals.
Safeway’s Ductile Cast Iron Wing Nut is specifically built to withstand hammer blows associated with connection and disconnection under
pressure.
